Todd  has been providing home loans since entering the mortgage industry in 1998. Todd opened his own mortgage company Local Lending, in 2004, and grew it to the largest mortgage brokerage in Kern County during the height of the recession in 2009 and 2010 employing up to 31 people. He brings a vast knowledge of all types of home mortgage loans ranging from first time home buyer’s programs to the most sophisticated home loans for our most experienced clients. Todd is currently the broker and partner of Local Lenders Group.

Sasha Windes: Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and Vice President

Sasha has been in the real estate industry since she was a child assisting her father in his construction company. In 1993 she went to work for Commonwealth Land Title as a marketing representative. She assisted real estate agents and loan officers in their transactions for the next 12 years, receiving awards year after year for top sales. In 2005, Sasha left the title industry to assist her husband in opening Local Lending and help to build the company to what it is today. She specializes in FHA and Conventional home loan programs and uses her 20 plus years in the real estate industry to help her clients have a smooth and efficient transaction.

Tyler Windes: Team Member and Loan Officer

Tyler has been in the mortgage industry for 5 years. He started as a mortgage processor working alongside top loan officers, which helped him to gain extensive knowledge on the different types of programs that are available. He has become proficent in First Time Homebuyer and Self Employed borrowers. Tyler also has been able to to provide mortgages for investment property purchases.
